What's shaking? So since the last post I have done some more concept art which I though I would come here and post along wit the update on the Vainglorious Weekly Updates. I have decided that doing updates on Vainglorious weekly, makes NO sense based on how I am making the show.
The way I develop the show is basically that I will be thinking about one thing, and a random idea for the show will come to me. Might be a character, event, episode name, backstory, lore, whatever and then I will write down a note of it, and then later sit down and draw or write about it. With doing weekly updates, I make concrete goals for each week, which stops me from organically coming up with ideas whenever I do and then just working on them.
Making this show is like doing a puzzle, except I opened the box, and there were like three pieces. And so I put the three pieces together, and then I tried to look for other pieces, but I don't find any, so I just decide to go do something else. And then a couple days later without thinking about the puzzle, I find a piece randomly, like it just sort of appears in this game I'm playing, show I'm watching, class I'm having, and so I grab the piece and put it in my pocket. And then later, I take the piece and fit it into the puzzle. Every little bit, the puzzle piece comes to me, and then I slowly put it together. The hardest part for me is that I am very motivated and want to get substantial work done on things, so some days I will sit down and go, "Ok, I gotta go find some of these pieces and work on this puzzle." But in seeking out specific pieces, I rarely find anything. And so it makes more sense for the updates to happen less often and instead I just showcase the pieces I have found in that time, and then I don't set goals on finding specific pieces, and I just let myself find them/them find me.
Anyway, I have some new concept art below, as well have some BONUS stuff. While on vacation and stuck in a hotel room, I was really bored and decided to make my own Counter Strike Operation. I haven't ever played an operation but I looked at some older ones and thought to just come up with one, so I included it below along with the other concept art. Enjoy!
